We’re a UK based company specializing in Japanese and other Asian food. The founder has been working in the food manufacturing and import business for 18 years in HK. She is experienced in product selection and familiar with the use of different ingredients, especially Japanese one.  

We believe that “less is better”, thus we will only choose products with less additives and with the simplest ingredients. Aligning with our motto “simple is best”, we established our brand “MAKE IT SIMPLE”.
