Delivery Information

Home Delivery 

1.     Delivery is covering Surrey area only, for other areas, extra delivery charge might apply. For any questions, please email to us at cs@hokkaidomarche.co.uk

2.     With purchase amount of £40.00 or above to enjoy free delivery.  Under £40.00 delivery charge of £5.00 applies.

3.     Except Sunday & National holidays, we can provide the delivery service from every Wednesday to Saturday. And, delivery time will be from 13:00 to 18:00. 

4.     Customers please read the order details carefully before payment. 

5.     Payments can be made by credit card or debit card.

6.     Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail automatically from the system after placing an order. 

7.     Customers can log in to your account in our website for checking the updated status of your placed orders. We will arrange to deliver according to customers' chosen delivery

        date.

8.     If the ordered items are out of stock, we'll inform customers immediately and refund the payment to customer's account within 3 working days.
